The route

Itinerary

1. 1
   Day 1

   Arrival in Marrakech

   Airport pick-up and transfer to your riad. In the evening you experience Jemaa el-Fna square with food stalls, musicians and storytellers.

2. 2
   Day 2

   Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Skoura

   Over the Tizi n’Tichka pass to the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate. Night in a kasbah in the middle of the Skoura palm oasis.

3. 3
   Day 3

   Skoura → Dades → Todra → Merzouga

   Through the Valley of Roses and the Dades Gorge, then a walk in the Todra Gorge. In the afternoon, camel ride into the sunset and night in the desert camp.

4. 4
   Day 4

   A day in Merzouga

   By 4x4 around Erg Chebbi: Gnawa music in Khamlia, an oasis with a picnic, the fossils of Rissani and the old ksar. In the evening, time to relax and watch the stars.

5. 5
   Day 5

   Merzouga → Agdz

   Via Alnif and Tazzarine through the stone desert to Agdz in the Draa Valley. Night in a kasbah among the palms.

6. 6
   Day 6

   Agdz → Marrakech

   Back via Ouarzazate and the High Atlas. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon.
